The working terms behind every written quote we issue.

All quotes are prepared after a telephonic, video or doorstep survey and are communicated in writing. A quote is valid for the scope described in it — volume, distance, floors and packing level. Material changes discovered later (additional goods, access constraints) are discussed before work continues, not charged silently.
On confirmation, a booking receives a Booking ID (RGB…) and, once scheduled for dispatch, a Tracking ID (RGP…). Tracking milestones are posted by our operations team as events happen; timings on the tracking page are informational, not contractual deadlines.
Delivery windows depend on road, weather and load conditions and are confirmed at booking. Where delays occur, our team updates the shipment status and informs you on the contact number provided at booking.
Goods are packed, loaded and transported with professional care. Transit insurance options, where chosen, are arranged and documented at booking as per the goods declared. Claims, where applicable, follow the process documented with the chosen cover. Undeclared or improperly self-packed fragile items are moved at the owner's declared risk.
Payment terms (advance, on-dispatch and on-delivery splits) are stated in the written quotation. We do not collect any payments through this website; payments happen against the booking directly with our team.
